We have more than 20 years production experiences specialized in producing racks, from the very beginning we started with domestic CNC rack milling machine and the second hand of imported machine, to right now we have brand new CNC rack milling machines and grinding machines imported from Germany and Switzland, for the QC, we have the measuring machines with exclusive measuring programme for gears and racks, that can make us check the quality from time to time, from batch to batch, we always keep up with the latest rack production technology, and also we pay much attention for improving the skills to our technical person and the staffs in the production line. With those measures, we gradual building and perfection of our production and the management.
Right now our product range with Milled and Ground Racks:
1\ From Module 1 to Module 22, with the max. Length up to 2500mm;
2\ Quality for normal rack up to highest accuracy to DIN 5;
3\ Can produce standard racks also can by Customized.
